34-year-old Nancy Cutright went to visit her daughter's 1st grade teacher for what was supposed to be an ordinary parent-teacher conference, but she wasn't expecting what happened next.

The teacher, Mrs. Erik, began to speak about some behavioral issues that Cutright's daughter seemed to be having. As she spoke, Cutright started to notice something peculiar.

"I noticed there was something odd about her teeth," Cutright said. "As I looked closer, I could see that Mrs. Erik had several rows of teeth behind the ones that were supposed to be there. In fact, it looked like she had needle-like teeth all over the inside of her mouth, and continuing down her throat."

Cutright said this wasn't the only thing unusual about her daughter's teacher.

"Her face kind of drooped down on one side," Cutright said. "It wasn't long before I realized I wasn't looking at her face at all, but a mask made out of flesh."

Cutright said that she had met Mrs. Erik several times before, but hadn’t noticed the elastic bands holding her face on before.

"About halfway through the meeting, the mask started to tear, and then just fell off," Cutright said. "And there was Harold, my ex-husband and daughter’s father. I recognized his eight eyes and large fangs immediately.”

"I was so embarrassed," Harold said. "I didn't even realize it had fallen off at first. There I was, explaining to Nancy why I had given our daughter detention last week, and meanwhile there's a face in my lap."

“Imagine my surprise when I realized my daughter’s teacher was my ex-husband,” Cutright said. “I appreciate the Mrs. Doubtfire of it all, but I know Harold is very bad at math, and that concerns me.”

Cutright said Harold excused himself for a few minutes before returning with a fresh face, that of the school's principal, Howard Marsh. 

"We sort of got off on the wrong foot, but after speaking with him at length, I'm looking forward to the fresh perspective Harold will bring to the classroom," Cutright said.

"I’ll admit that when I first started using Mrs. Erik’s face as a disguise, I just wanted to spend more time with my daughter," Harold said. “But now I’ve really found a love for teaching. I may even move into administration by wearing one of their faces.
